Refund & Returns Policy – Sydney Discount Floors

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Change-of-mind returns incur a $95 restocking fee per item, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In original or similar packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Made-to-order or custom items (including custom rugs or runners)

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged due to customer handling


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A $95 restocking fee per item will be deducted

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing

Clearance Items

Only regular-priced or sale-priced items may be refunded.

Clearance items are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

We only replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

To return an item:

  1. Email us to request a return

  2. We will provide a return address and authorisation number

You may:

  • Arrange your own courier, or

  • Ask us to organise return shipping (cost deducted from refund)

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations for orders already processed may incur return freight and restocking fees.


Shipping Responsibility

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if returned items are not received.
